How consumers use Trustworthy Advice?

Trustworthy Advice is available from the home page or ProCarCare pages of ProCarCare. By clicking on the link to 'Help me figure out what's wrong with my car,' the car owner works down through a series of questions describing the symptoms of their car, until arriving at the Trustworthy Advice results page. This contains a statement of the symptoms, Trustworthy Advice's analysis of the likely problem, and the repair or procedure suggested to fix it. A pop-up 'Service Details' page provides a description of the suggested repair. At this point the consumer is prompted to find a shop that provides the service called for, and schedule an appointment.
